Looking for volunteers! Perks include priority camper registration and an extra goodie bag at the end of camp


Camp is for boys & girls, 7-16 years old.
​Our mailing address only is 4010 Dean Road, Marion, NY 14505. It is not the location of camp. Camp is located in Hunt, NY.
We can accommodate gluten and lactose intolerant diets only. Please do not register if there are other dietary accommodations.
The dates for camp are August 14, 2025 at 2:30 PM through August 17, 2025 at 1:00 PM.
Volunteers are always needed. An application, interview, and background check will be conducted. No one is paid at Celiac Strong Summer Camp, and we are grateful for our volunteers & activities counselors that help make camp so much fun.
Only 70 campers accepted! Please register early, submit payment, and return all necessary documents in entirety to secure your reservation.
If you would like to room with a friend, please be sure to mention it in the camper form, once accepted we will do our very best to accommodate. When arriving, do not ask children to move from their established bunks.

Camp fee is $300 per camper | Early Bird Discount (paid before March 1):
If you pay before March 1st, receive a $50 discount. Pay $250* if submitting before March 1st.
Also receive a $25 discount for additional siblings attending camp. Your first camper would be only $250 and each additional sibling attending would be $225 each.
For example:
If you have two children registering and are paying before March 1st, your total registration cost would be $250 + $225 = $475*
If paying before March 1 and you have three campers, your fee would be $250 + $225 + $225 = $700*

After the Early Bird Sale (between March 1 and April 15):
Pay $300* for first camper. If you register two or more of your children, you will receive a $25 discount on each additional child. All fees are due by April 15th at the latest.
For example:
If you are registering two children and will pay after March 1st, your total registration cost would be $300 + $275 = $575*
If you are registering three of your children, and are paying after March 1, fees would be $300 + $275 + $275 = $850*

There are no registration fees for volunteers. If you register and cannot attend, we ask that you reimburse Celiac Strong Camp $25 for the completed background check.

ALL PAYMENTS WILL BE DUE BY APRIL 15.
Camp registration is refundable only if your camper's reservation can be filled by a registration on the waiting list. No refunds will be possible after April 25th - no exceptions.
Steps to Register

Important Camp Updates
Registration opens until booked or April 15, whichever comes first. If the camp books up, you may register to join the waiting list.
Early Bird Discount applies if payment received by March 1st.
Volunteers will be notified by this date as they are selected.
Registration closed. All payments are due for camp registration to be final.
Camp forms are due. This is a vital process of registration to be complete. Receipts and confirmations will be issued.
Camp check in begins at 2:30 pm (volunteers and their children only, please arrive at 9:00 am as we begin orientation at 9:30 am).
Camp check out at 1:00 pm.
