• Camp is for boys & girls, 7-16 years old. • ​Our mailing address only is 4010 Dean Road, Marion, NY 14505. It is not the location of camp. Camp is located in Hunt, NY. • We can accommodate gluten and lactose intolerant diets only. Please do not register if there are other dietary accommodations. • The dates for camp are August 13, 2026 at 2:30 PM through August 16, 2026 at 1:00 PM. • Volunteers are always needed. An application, interview, and background check will be conducted. No one is paid at Celiac Strong Summer Camp, and we are grateful for our volunteers & activities counselors that help make camp so much fun. • Only 70 campers accepted! Please register early, submit payment, and return all necessary documents in entirety to secure your reservation. • If you would like to room with a friend, please be sure to mention it in the camper form, once accepted we will do our very best to accommodate. When arriving, do not ask children to move from their established bunks. • All correspondences are completed by email. Camp fee is $350* per camper Discounts offered Early Bird Discount (paid before March 1): Receive a $50 discount if payment made, postmarked on or before March 1st. Sibling Discount $25 - must be actual siblings or children living in same household to qualify for discount. First child is full price. With Early Bird Discount (paid before March 1): For example: • If you have two siblings registering and are paying before March 1st, your total registration cost would be Child 1: $350 less Early Bird $50 Child 2: $350 less Early Bird $50, less sibling discount $25 Total if paid by March 1st = $575* • If you have three siblings registering and are paying before March 1st, your total registration cost would be Child 1: $350 less Early Bird $50 Child 2: $350 less Early Bird $50 ,less sibling discount $25 Child 3: $350 less Early Bird $50 ,less sibling discount $25 Total if paid by March 1st = $850* Payments made between March 1 and April 15: Pay $350* for your camper. Examples: • If you have two siblings registering and are paying between March 1 and April 15 your total registration cost would be Child 1: $350 Child 2: $350, less sibling discount $25 Total must be paid by April 15 = $675* • If you have three siblings registering and are paying between March 1 and April 15 your total registration cost would be Child 1: $350 Child 2: $350, less sibling discount $25 Child 3: $350, less sibling discount $25 Total must be paid by April 15 = $1,000* *Plus credit card fees. Volunteers: There are no registration fees for volunteers. Camp registration is refundable only if your camper's reservation can be filled by a registration on the waiting list. No refunds will be possible after April 25th - no exceptions.
